         The ADDIE model is an instructional design model used to plan and develop learning programs or teaching materials. Design: At this stage, the teacher or educator designs the teaching plan. This involves determining the structure and sequence of teaching materials, selecting teaching strategies, and designing assessment methods. 3. Development: At this stage, the teacher or educator develops the teaching materials and learning activities based on the designed plan. This could involve creating presentation slides, videos, quizzes, or other learning materials. 4. Implementation

            An instructional model is a framework or guide used by teachers or educators to plan, implement and evaluate the learning process. The model assists in the structuring and organization of learning materials to ensure that learning objectives are effectively achieved.  An instructional model usually includes several stages, such as analysis of student needs, formulation of learning objectives, selection and use of teaching methods and media, implementation of the teaching plan, and evaluation or assessment of teaching effectiveness.      Instructional models may vary depending on the learning approach used.
